Udi Daon

Founder and Chief Innovation Officer
Since 2000, Udi has been at the forefront of 3D surgery, with great focus on the dental field. He founded Navigate Surgical Technologies to realize his experience and passion of providing the best product to create the best customer and patient experience.

Avi Kapri

Founder and Director of Operations

During the past 10 years, Avi has managed a high tech contract-manufacturing firm serving many medical device companies. His outstanding track record of success includes dealing with contract manufacturing, product development, customer relationship management and international operations.

Martin Beckett, Ph.D.

Vice President of Research & Development

A physicist and software engineer for over 25 years, Martin brought to life the world’s first astronomical infrared imaging interferometer –– The highest-resolution infrared telescope in existence. The Cambridge-educated innovator later built the world’s then-largest infrared survey camera.

Adam Walters, M.B.A.

Chief Technology Officer
An electronics engineer who fell in love with software development, Adam co-founded Animetix Technologies while completing his MBA at McGill University. Adam created 3D CAD and visualization applications, as well as tools for use in video-game development across the US, Europe, and Japan.

Joel Steinberg, M.B.A.

Vice President of Finance & Chief Financial Officer

As a principal at Maxbridge Capital Group, Joel provided Capital Advisory Services and managed exits for rapid growth enterprises for over 15 years.  Prior to that, he operated a nationwide entertainment retailer that was sold to Rogers Communications in 1999.

Raffaello Aquino, BA.Sc.

Director of Service and Support

Passionate about customer care, Raff is an Electrical & Computer Engineer who has been effectively and expeditiously supporting customers in the medical device industry for over 10 years. Most recently Raff was Head of Customer Service for a global diagnostic ultrasound device manufacturer.

Eric Lai, M.Sc.

Program Manager
Eric has over 10 years of product development experience, specializing in leading multi-disciplinary teams through all aspects of the product development lifecycle. He has successfully taken both medical and dental products from concept to regulatory approval and manufacturing, including commercializing a laparoscopic fluorescence imaging system.

Heather Land, B.A., B.S.

Director of North American Sales
Heather has 15 years of successful sales leadership within the dental market. She has clinical & business development expertise within dental implants and biologics markets, to include comprehensive sales strategy, execution, and sales team evolution.
