Breakthrough Technology for Real Time Surgical Guidance Demonstrated at Pacific Dental Conference

Inliant® Performs Flawlessly During Live Dental Implant Surgery

Vancouver, March 19, 2018 – Navigate Surgical Technologies Inc. (“Navigate” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the successful public demonstration of its proprietary Inliant® Surgical Navigation System for Real Time Surgical Guidance at the Pacific Dental Conference (“PDC”). The PDC is Western Canada’s largest dental conference with over 14,000 dental professionals in attendance.

The Inliant® Surgical Navigation System enables clinicians to see the exact position of their drill tip overlaid on a 3D scan of the patient’s anatomy in real time during dental implant surgery resulting in predictable placement of implants for optimal prosthetic outcomes. Inliant is the world’s only surgical navigation system that does not require instrument modification or attachments, which negatively impact tactile feedback, ergonomics and workflows.

The live surgery was performed by Dr. Jim Yeganegi of Image Smiles Dental in Vancouver, BC. Dentists in the audience observed on large screen monitors as Dr. Yeganegi placed two mandibular posterior implants precisely where planned.
